Store Hours
The shop is scheduled to be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Except for prescheduled consultations, pickups, or deliveries the shop is closed on Sundays.
For floral emergencies please call 512-392-4656 so we can assist you with your floral needs at the first opportunity.
To help assure on-time delivery during busy seasons, place your order at least 1 day prior to the date of required delivery.
Except for pre-scheduled deliveries or floral emergency requests our shop will be closed on the following days during 2010:

In order to complete deliveries we may request that you submit information about other people. Personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people include: recipient’s name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We use the information that you provide about others to enable us to send them your gifts or information. From time to time, we also may use this information to offer our products, programs, or services to them.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be necessary due to seasonal, temporary, and availability issues. Substitute items will be of equal or higher value.
Delivery/Cancellation Policy
Orders already delivered or en route to delivery cannot be cancelled.
Change requests and cancellations will not be accepted by e-mail.
Delivery fees cover the cost of one time delivery, if the delivery destination has been completed and the delivery location is not suitable for leaving floral arrangements, then recipient may be required to pick up goods at the shop, or further delivery fees may apply.
In some instances the recipient may be contacted prior to delivery for directions and/or ensuring delivery can be completed.
Some deliveries or in-shop pickups may occur outside of normal business hours/days due to order overflows, or for optimal delivery efficiency at the discretion of The Floral Studio staff.
